For domestic orders, please allow 7 to 10 days for your order to arrive, & international orders may take up to 21 days. Please note international orders cannot be tracked online once they leave the US and delivery times vary based on country. IB is not responsible for customs or VAT taxes. We do not accept responsibility for missing or lost packages shipped overseas, and lost or missing packages will not be replaced. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. IB ships out to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Domestic packages that go missing via USPS will be offered store credit (no refunds) or a replacement AFTER 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website.
